SATURDAY, OCT 31
7:30 - 9:30 PM PST
(Click on the date to add it to your calendar)

You’re invited to join us under the light of the Samhain (Halloween) blue full moon for a guided meditative walk blending Celtic contemplation practices, forest bathing, and the celestial sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls. For the Celts, Samhain marks the midpoint between Fall Equinox and Winter Solstice. To prepare ourselves to welcome the darkness of winter, we will tune into the energy of this full moon to gain clarity and we will connect deeply with the magical land at Mount Shasta Hestia Retreat Center.

We’ll begin by intentionally slowing down to allow our hearts and bodies to sink into our senses and to connect with the more-than-human world. Give yourself permission to shift from “doing” to “being”. Then spend time slowly moving through some of Hestia’s sacred power centers, such as our labyrinth and third chakra healing garden while immersed in a community sound healing. The vibration/energy of crystal singing bowls can be impactful both physically on the mind/body and energetically on the subtle energy bodies. Gentle attention will be given to the heart chakra of each person who attends to support your connection to the energy of the earth and moon. After your Samhain sound journey, enjoy some hot tea next to a warm fire.

What will be illuminated under the blue moon on October 31 for you?

What seasonal messages will the land whisper to your heart about transitions, death/rebirth, and your inner journey?

The suggested donation is of $35-$65
Please be as generous as you can!
(NO ONE TURNED AWAY)

20% of our proceeds will support our black wellness fund for sacred activists, healers, and community leaders to come to our retreat center in Mount Shasta for healing, restoration and rejuvenation. We want all frontline change makers and activists to be well-resourced for the loooooooong haul!
